At Search, we are committed to ensuring your athletic gear meets your performance standards. If your equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Search account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
